1. Screen Sand Control

Run the sand control pipe to sanding formation and use screen filter or gravel layer filled between screen and oil reservoir(or casing)to prevent the sand in the oil reservoir from flowing into the wellbore.

2. Chemical Sand Control

The chemical material is injected into the formation to cement the sand of the formation, or the chemical cementing agent coated on the surface of the solid granule in advance is squeezed outside the casing to form the artificial well wall to achieve the objective of sand control.

3. Gravel Packing Sand Control

Halliburton STMZ sand control technology is single-trip-multi-zone operation and reduce the operation time and cost. Since the company was founded we have served more than 70 wells in Dagang Field and Jidong Field and the technology is safe.

The size of 9 5/8" with  4.75 seal and 4" wash pipe system is the lastest STMZ technology. The packer‘s pressure rating is up to 6000psi.The wash pipe seal is up to 5000psi. The pump speed is 20 BPM and sand rate is 15 BPG.
